Order & Delivery Process

All our products are made to order with our German Manufacture partners.  This ensures that we only sell the highest quality furniture to our customers. 

We therefore aim to have all orders fully completed from approx 4-6 weeks after order is verified. Our process is :

  • Week 1 - We review and confirm the order can be fulfilled within expected timeframe and place order with the manufacturer. If it cannot be fulfilled or the delivery date is over 6 weeks we reach out to customer to find a solution they are happy with, alternatively we refund and cancel the order.
  • Week 2 - We check in with manufacturer who confirms order status and plans production
  • Week 3 - 4 - Order goes into production.
  • Week 4 - 6 - Order is received via courier to customers home or to our warehouse depending on the size of the products. If it arrives at our warehouse we aim to deliver to the customer the same week.
